Return & Refund

Mensbrium is committed to delivering high-quality men’s skincare products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

  • The product is missing items or incomplete at the time of delivery

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with tampered packaging

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Skin reactions or sensitivity (as results may vary by individual)


2. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the product and outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.


3. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

For a return or replacement to be approved:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Mensbrium reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.

Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


5. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Mensbrium error.


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


8. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Mensbrium products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only.

  • We recommend performing a patch test before use.

  • Individual skin reactions vary; Mensbrium is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivity.
