- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

- India: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–15 business days (if applicable)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package.
Delays

- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Mensbrium is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the package/product
- Mandatory unboxing video proof
Without unboxing video proof, claims may not be accepted.
